ISIL-konferens i sommar

Each year for almost a quarter a century the World Freedom Summit has meet in a different part of the world. The WFS brings together some of the best free market, classical liberal and libertarian speakers from around the world as well as selected speakers who, while not sharing our core values, are of interest to our target audience.
This years WFS will be held in Gummersbach, Germany (outside of Colonge) at the Theodore-Heuss Akadamie of the Friedrich Nauman Stiftung.

SPEAKERS
Martin Wolf editor of the Financial Times and author of Why
Globalisation Works.
Samuel Brittan, advisor to several Chancellors of the Exchequer and well
known financial writer, Brittan recently publish Against the Flow:
Reflections of an Individualist.
Hardy Bouillon, chairman of the Academic Advisory Board of the Centre for
the New Europe.
Erich Weede, Professor of Sociology at the University of Bonn will discuss
globalisation and how it promotes peace.
Jan Narveson, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Waterloo and
author The Libertarian Idea.
Sabine Herold, the unviersity student who launched Liberté Chérie, a
movement that challenge the power of French trade unions.
Jacques de Guenin, president of the Le Cercel Frederic Bastiat.
Julian Morris, Director of the Intentional Policy Network, visiting
professor at the University of Buckingham.
Barbara Branden, author of the biography The Passion of Ayn Rand.
Jim Peron, director of the Institute for Liberal Values and editor of The
Liberal Tide: From Tryanny to Liberty.

Another dozen speakers are at various stages of confirmation.

DATES and PRICES
The conference begins with registration on July 15 at the Theodore-Heuss Akadamie in Gummersbach. Minivans will meet incoming trains at the Dieringhausen station for free shuttle service to the Akadamie. A pick up service is available at Cologne airport for a fee of 24 euros. The conference will run for four days ending with a banquet on the evening of Tuesday July 19th. Conference fees include single room at the facilities, all meals, and all conference events. A post conference tour will begin July 20th in Gummersbach and will end July 24th in Cologne.

Conference Fees: Early bird registrations before May 15th 465Euros.
Registrations after May 15th will be 530 Euros.
Full Conference Day Pass: Allows attendance to all sessions for full four
days, tea breaks and lunch. 275Euros.
Day Pass: Allows attendance to all sessions on any one day of the conference
and includes tea breaks and lunch. 80Euros.
Two Day Pass: Same as above but for two days. 150Euros.
Student Rate: Covers entire conference, all meals, shared accommodation for
five nights and opening barbecue and closing dinner. 400Euros.

In addition display tables for think tanks may be rented at the conference for literature or book displays for the full four days of the conference for 200Euros. If you can not attend to man a display table we will insert one piece of your organisations literature into all conference packets of delegates for 100Euros.

POST CONFERENCE TOUR
A tour will begin at Gummersbach on the morning of July 20th and take you to Frankfurt where you will check into your hotel and then tour the city. In the evening there will be a 3 course dinner. You will visit Heidelberg and tour the famous Heidelberg castle and enjoy a tour of the city. You will have some free time before returning to the base hotel. The following day there will be a cruise on the Rhine with lunch included followed by a visit to Rüdeshein-on-the-Rhine and a tour of a local vineyard and wine tasting. Once again the evening is topped off with a 3 course dinner. On Saturday morning the tour will go to Cologne. Anyone needing to depart early will have an option to leave the tour at the airport. Those remaining will go to Cologne for a tour of the city followed by dinner.
The tour includes a buffet breakfast each morning, lunch on the cruise, all dinners, all bus transport, the cruise, 3 guided tours, and admission to the castle and the wine tasting. Hotel facilities will be 3 star and 4 star hotels.
Total cost per person sharing (double or twin) is 440Euros per person.
Those paying by US cheque or credit card should remit "$599 which covers the tour plus currency conversion costs and bank transfer fees. Single supplement is 110Euro or $150 additional.
